The album’s sound draws inspiration from diverse sources, including ’90s alternative, electro-grunge, Prince and Bowie melodies, and French electronic dance. This eclectic mix reflects Gaga’s artistic evolution and her commitment to musical experimentation.
To promote “Mayhem,” Gaga has a packed schedule ahead. She will host and perform on “Saturday Night Live” on March 8, headline Coachella in April, and give a free concert titled “Mayhem on the Beach” at Rio de Janeiro’s Copacabana Beach on May 3.
