Saturday Night Live’s 50th anniversary celebration grows even more impressive as Cher, Ms. Lauryn Hill, Snoop Dogg, and other music icons join the already stellar lineup for tomorrow’s SNL50: The Homecoming Concert at Radio City Music Hall.
The three-hour live event, hosted by Jimmy Fallon and produced by Lorne Michaels and Mark Ronson, will feature over 25 legendary performers spanning multiple generations and genres of music. Recent additions include St. Vincent and Wyclef Jean, joining previously announced acts like Lady Gaga, Bad Bunny, and the Backstreet Boys.
“This one-night-only SNL homecoming event will bring together legendary Saturday Night Live hall-of-famers, iconic guests and surprise musical performances,” notes the official announcement. Comedy legends Ana Gasteyer, Andy Samberg, Maya Rudolph, Tracy Morgan, and Will Ferrell will also make special appearances.
While the in-person event at Radio City Music Hall is sold out, fans can stream the concert live on Peacock starting at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT on February 14. Select IMAX theaters will also host special screening events in five major cities.
The concert kicks off a weekend of SNL anniversary programming, including Sunday’s star-studded 50th anniversary special on NBC. Original SNL band member Paul Shaffer will join the celebration, with additional surprise guests expected.
