  • The EQ capabilities are solid for a small 10 Watt Amp.
  • There not much punch in low watt amps.

Overview

The Vox Pathfinder is an impressive 10 Watt guitar amplifier that gets an incredible return out of it’s small yet solid 6.5 inch speaker. With versatility in tone, the Pathfinder Combo amp uses it’s clean-overdrive switch to seamlessly switch channels and serve the song perfectly.

Critic Consensus

While many small, low wattage amps are no frills, The Vox Pathfinder is equipped with EQ capabilities that allow the guitarist to dial in the perfect balance of Bass and Treble for their taste while pushing the small 10w amp to its full capabilities with the volume and gain control to consider for the best guitar amps under $200.

With the processed output for either a line out for Headphone output, the small practice amp can be used for late night shedding or even direct recording. This won’t be considered the best guitar amps of all time, but it serves a great purpose.
