Three decades of “All I Want for Christmas Is You” have cemented Mariah Carey as a seasonal institution — and now that institution has a physical address. Her Holiday Bar, a Carey-themed pop-up built around festive cocktails and immersive décor, returns November 19, 2026, across eight cities. That’s double last year’s footprint. More significantly, it’s crossing an ocean for the first time. Produced with events platform Bucket Listers and anchored by Carey’s Black Irish cream liqueur, the concept is quietly becoming one of the more compelling experiments in artist-branded experiential entertainment.
What’s Actually Inside — and Where to Find It
Expect Mariah-themed décor, photo moments, and craft cocktails — less conventional bar, more curated fan experience with a ticketed, timed format.
Guests encounter holiday décor, interactive photo opportunities, and cocktails built around Black Irish — with names like “Make My Wish Come True,” “MC Toasted Tini,” and “Imperfect Angel.” The experience is designed as a ticketed, timed visit rather than a conventional bar. In 2025, tickets reportedly ran approximately $20–$25 with a welcome cocktail included, though 2026 pricing has not yet been announced and that figure should be read as historical context only.
Eight cities. Eight venues:
- Atlanta — Pullman Yards
- Boston — Tuscan Kitchen
- Chicago — Experience 868
- Houston — Spindletop
- London — The O2
- Los Angeles — The Valorian
- New York — Moxy Chelsea
- San Diego — Beau Hotel
Tickets are expected to be sold through Bucket Listers, and city-specific waitlists are open now for booking updates. Bucket Listers founder Andy Lederman described the 2026 edition as an effort to “go international, double the number of cities and add new guest experiences.” Worth saying plainly: this is savvy IP monetization. It’s also, for devoted fans who treat holiday Mariah as a full seasonal ritual, genuinely worth showing up for.
London Is the Real Story Here
The first international location lands at The O2 — the same venue where Carey performs eleven days after the pop-up opens.
The O2 pop-up opens November 19, just eleven days before Carey performs at that same venue on November 30. Her U.K. Christmas tour also stops in Birmingham on November 27 and Manchester on December 2. The overlap is hard to call coincidental. Much like Beyoncé’s Renaissance visual universe extended well beyond the music itself, Carey is building a world around a season — not just a song.
London’s performance will likely determine whether the international model expands further. For now, joining your city’s waitlist at Bucket Listers is the most direct next step — and given the scale of Carey’s holiday following, moving early makes sense.
