Keyboardists, Pianists, Key Players…whatever you want to call it…the future is literally in your hands. Digitized music is in the hands of keyboardists. Sure, there are midi guitars, but how many have you ever seen and how many people do you know that own them? It may take off, I don’t know. But what I do know is, everything is setup for talented keyboardists to have everything at their fingertips.
This doesn’t mean you have to be Stevie Wonder or Cory Henry to take advantage of technology. Everyone has the digital age at their fingertips.
The Roland JUNO series are all exceptional in my opinion. This is one of my favorites because of its size and price. It’s an affordable instrument that has an unreal amount of potential in creating music.

Our Verdict
I love the Prophet Rev2. It’s a great Polyphonic Analog Synthesizer. The tones are great, the controls are intuitive and the synthesizer is built for the road.
The Nord Stage 3 is as professional and complete of a keyboard as they come. It really is packed with features, so while it’s easy to use, it take a little time to master.
A few tones aren’t my favorite but they aren’t essential

If you are looking for a portable Hammond B3 with some nice additional tones built in for live performances, this is a great option. It has more authentic organ and even harpsichord tones that it’s comparable Nord C2, though the Nord C2 is also a fine instrument. I would highly suggest this for the touring musician that doesn’t want to lug around a full vintage B3 and Leslie.
