Is a Synthesizer by any other name, not just as beautiful as the machines we’ve come to know and love?
A Synthesizer can be one of the most life changing instruments for the modern musician and it is true even if you are a guitarist, drummer, bassist…whatever. The abilities of modern synthesizers are vast and can bring elaborate orchestrations to your fingertips.

Our Verdict
I love the Prophet Rev2. It’s a great Polyphonic Analog Synthesizer. The tones are great, the controls are intuitive and the synthesizer is built for the road.
The Nord Stage 3 is as professional and complete of a keyboard as they come. It really is packed with features, so while it’s easy to use, it take a little time to master.
Synthesizers can be packed with great tones and sounds for Leads, Pads, Modulations, Drums and Percussion and more. Some synths include decent piano and organ tones too, which makes it easier to buy one board that can take care of most of your needs.
