Luna made a quality ukulele. The Koa wood selections are stunning and the warm tone that results is what you want from a good concert ukulele. The flaws of this ukulele, if fixed, would bump this up in price significantly. Great value with this uke.

Continuing our search for the best ukuleles, we reviewed the Luna High Tide Acoustic Electric Concert uke- its made of beautiful koa wood with a perfect, deep and resonant tone that defies the small body of the concert. With a mahogany neck and walnut fretboard and walnut bridge the ukulele has a nice contrast to the dark koa wood. Luna has done a very good job with this Ukulele concert. Equally good is the Luna Honu Soprano Ukulele.
